Design Evolution
Jenn Feldman Designs felt fortunate for a round number 2 with this client - long time clients who became dear friends - having renovated their first home seven years ago.

Not unlike many other homeowners...when the pandemic hit, the client realized they needed more space and quickly sought out an incredible home they wanted to make their own. Starting with a project facelift including new floors, complete kitchen update and paint, this almost immediately led to more. A full laundry and powder room as well as a special "dog room" for Suny were added.
Bathrooms took on special meaning as a bathroom on the second floor was added for their two daughters... along with a total renovation of the master bath.

Outside, complete landscaping and the addition of a pool took precedence becoming one of the most enjoyed places for the family. Jenn took great pride in this wonderful evolution as she watched their client's family enjoy their new home. With a clean and tailored aesthetic, tight sofa upholstery were spotted around. Caesarstone counter tops were made for continued wear and polished brass finishes added oomph throughout. Here, the smoky palette continued but was infused with pops of colour.

This second time around, the client fully realized the value of good materials, carefully chosen for lifetime wear and daily enjoyment. Jenn was able to layer in all the many elements the client desired, making it look effortless and with an end result nothing short of magical.
